Description: Foodbetter Harvard invites the University community to ask questions about the food system and how to improve it: how to grow better, eat better, shop better, and conserve better. The initiative has roots in the 2014-2015 Deans' Food System Challenge, sponsored by the Harvard Innovation Lab, which invited students to develop innovative solutions to make the food system more healthy and sustainable. Insitutional participants in the Challenge and Foodbetter Harvard include he Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic, Harvard University Dining Services, Food Literacy Project, the Harvard Office for Sustainability, Harvard Center for Health and the Global Environment, the Office of the Executive Vice President, Harvard College of Student Life, Harvard Office of Work/Life, and the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic. Description: The Religious Literacy Project at Harvard Divinity School is dedicated to enhancing and promoting the public understanding of religion. The Project provides resources and special training opportunities for educators, journalists, public health workers, foreign service officers, interfaith/multifaith groups, students, and others wishing to better understand the complex roles that religions play in contemporary global, national, and local contexts. In 2020, the Religious Literacy Project joined with other Divinity School programs to form the Religion and Public Life program.
