Description: The Harvard University Archives collects, organizes, preserves and provides access to a comprehensive record of more than 375 years of life at Harvard. This activity is tied integrally to records management services for Harvard University staff, administrators and faculty. Records management staff provide guidance and resources for all stages in the records and information lifecycle, from creating records through destruction of non-permanent records or transfer of permanent records to the Archives. The COVID-19 Community Archiving Project aims to document the broad Harvard community's experience of the COVID-19 outbreak and pandemic. The Community Archive website is a means to collect and record what was witnessed and experienced and how the community responded to the crisis. Collected by the Harvard University Archives as part of the records of the Harvard University Archives.
