Description: The Harvard Museums of Science and Culture are a partnership established on July 1, 2012, by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences to develop a strong, coordinated public face for the six museums that are within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard: the Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments, the Harvard Museum of Natural History (Harvard University Herbaria, Mineralogical and Geological Museum, Museum of Comparative Zoology), the Harvard Semitic Museum, and the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology. The website of the Harvard Museums of Science and Culture provides information on visiting the six museums that make up this consortium, exhibitions, educational resources, lectures and other public programs, news, events, and the consortium.
