Description: Harvard Teacher Fellows is a residency program that trains teachers over five terms of study, and culminates in Fellows earning their Massachusetts teacher licensure. Its goal is to prepare teachers to promote educational equity through skillful teaching that prioritizes academic rigor, relationship building, and continuous learning. The Harvard Teacher Fellows website provides information on licensure, master's degree requirements, coursework, funding, admissions, news events, partners, faculty, fellows, and staff. In 2022, this program became the Teaching and Teacher Leadership Program, a part of the Graduate School of Education Master's Degree Program.
